Here is Linda's Cookbook that she worked on for the last several years of her life. She typed it herself on the computer using a mouthstick.
This is a collection of over 200 of her favorite recipes that she developed herself, got from friends and family, or from other cookbooks. She usually added a little story about each recipe.
As a child, Linda had many children’s cookbooks and developed a love for cooking. Her mother and sister would always give her jobs to help with meal preparation. Whenever the doorbell would ring, Linda would run to the kitchen to make her “candle-light salad” for the company with a pineapple ring on the bottom, a banana standing up in the center, and a cherry on top.
She became a very talented cook and loved to have friends and family over for meals. While living in Denver CO in the 1970's, she became the cook for the church's Wednesday night dinners. While living in Orange CA in the 2010's, she became the coordinator for the church's Wednesday night dinners and supervised the cooking of many of the meals herself even though she was quadriplegic.
(BTW Purple was her favorite color.)
